In order to build and develop the brand, improve product quality, increase competitiveness and develop production and business for Da Mi durian products in the coming time as well as ensure sufficient components of the collective trademark registration dossier according to the provisions of the Law on Intellectual Property, the competent department therefore recommends to the Provincial People's Committee some related contents. Specifically: Allow Da Mi Agricultural Cooperative to use the place name "Da Mi" as a trademark constituent element to register for collective trademark protection of Da Mi Agricultural Cooperative.
