Working with the Propaganda and Education Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung, on behalf of the Standing Provincial Party Committee and the Steering Committee, summarized the implementation of Resolution No. 18. The province acknowledged the initiative and sense of responsibility of the two Committees with the policy of streamlining the organization and apparatus. Through propaganda and dissemination, cadres and civil servants of the Propaganda and Education Committee of the Provincial Party Committee highly agreed with the major policies of the Party.

Mr. Thai Binh - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agencies Bloc said that the cadres and civil servants of the agency clearly identified the spirit and mindset to implement the policy of rearranging and streamlining the organization and apparatus of the Central Government, including the policy of ending the activities of the Party Committee of the Agencies Bloc. Mr. Binh hoped that the provincial leaders would promptly inform about the specific plan related to the rearrangement of the organization and apparatus so that cadres and civil servants can work with peace of mind.

Mr. Phan Van Binh - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board informed that currently, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board has consulted on a draft project to end the activities of the Party Committee of the bloc and establish two new Party Committees in accordance with the direction of the Central Committee; the spirit will end and come into operation in the first quarter of 2025.

Accordingly, it is recommended that the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc pay attention to reviewing and closely monitoring the implementation of assessment and classification of Party organizations and Party members in 2024; focus on reviewing and concluding political standards to serve Party development work and personnel work to prepare for the congress.

Concluding the working session with the agencies, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung expressed his sympathy for the concerns of officials and civil servants regarding the policy of streamlining the organization and apparatus; at the same time, he hoped that officials and party members would promote a sense of responsibility, share and reach consensus for the common policy.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung also requested that officials and civil servants of agencies remain calm, work with peace of mind, and not neglect their work. The Central and provincial governments will study plans and issue appropriate policies and mechanisms to harmonize the interests of officials, civil servants, and workers affected by the restructuring and streamlining of the apparatus.

At the same time, it is recommended that leaders of agencies continue to do a good job of ideological work and promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of cadres and party members to report and propose to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for consideration and comments.
