Patriotic emulation movements in the Bloc continue to be promoted, contributing to encouraging and motivating cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to enthusiastically compete and strive to excellently complete assigned political tasks. At the conference, the Emulation Bloc of the Provincial Party agencies launched the second emulation period in 2024 with the content "Emulation to strive to comprehensively complete tasks and targets in 2024".

In the assessment of TĐKT, it is necessary to ensure publicity, objectivity, timeliness and correct objects, in accordance with regulations; Linking the work of TĐKT with the work of Party building, agency building, and building strong unions, taking the excellent completion of political and professional tasks as the goal and important driving force in carrying out assigned tasks.
