On the morning of July 23, Skyland Group Investment Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Thach Quy Urban Area project (Thanh Sen ward).
Leaders of Thanh Sen ward also attended.
The Thach Quy Urban Area Project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 12/QD-UBND dated April 21, 2022; the project investment policy was adjusted in Decision No. 07/QD-UBND dated January 26, 2024. The urban area has an area of 10.1 hectares with a total investment of more than 800 billion VND, invested by Skyland Group Investment Joint Stock Company (located in Thanh Sen Ward - Ha Tinh ).
The project aims to build and trade houses; sell and lease commercial center floors. The project builds a residential area with synchronous infrastructure in accordance with the detailed planning scale 1/500 of the Thach Quy Urban Area (Thanh Sen Ward).
Products and services provided:
+ Transfer of land use rights and assets attached to land
+ Selling townhouses with raw construction and completed exterior;
+ Investment in office blocks, commercial services; transfer, lease to secondary investors;
+ Social housing land (low-rise or high-rise) is implemented in accordance with legal regulations after the competent authority approves the detailed planning.
The project is expected to be built in 36 months, promising to become a highlight in architecture, modern and civilized urban space in the central ward of the province; at the same time, strongly promoting local socio -economic development, gradually contributing to improving the quality of life of people, shaping a model urban area in Ha Tinh.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Thanh Sen Ward People's Committee Hoang Xuan Truong congratulated, praised and acknowledged the sense of responsibility of Skyland Group Investment Joint Stock Company for actively coordinating with functional agencies to complete legal procedures and start the project on time.
In particular, the event took place at an important time, welcoming the first Thanh Sen Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The project will be one of the key projects, meaningful in the development of modern and synchronous urban areas of Thanh Sen ward, promoting the socio-economic development of the locality as well as the whole province.
The Vice Chairman of Thanh Sen Ward People's Committee hopes that the investor will focus on the organization of construction, speed up the project progress, ensure the quality of the project according to the approved planning, design and commitments. The local government will always accompany and create favorable conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule, promoting the highest efficiency of the goals.
