Dan Tri reporter recently visited and presented a plaque with the amount of 101,126,768 VND to Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh (23 years old, residing in Hamlet 1, Phuc Dong Commune, Huong Khe District, Ha Tinh).

This is the amount of money readers helped Anh through the Charity Program of Dan Tri newspaper. The entire amount has been transferred by Dan Tri newspaper to Anh's account number.

In addition, the young girl said that recently, readers have transferred more than 155 million VND directly to her personal account. Thus, up to now, Ngoc Anh has received a total of more than 255 million VND.

Ngoc Anh shared that she and her family have never received such a large amount of money. "During difficult and deadlocked times, Dan Tri readers opened their arms to help and encourage me both materially and spiritually.

Ngoc Anh also said that she had deposited the above amount in a bank savings account and kept a portion to go to vocational school. The young girl hopes to have a stable job in the future to take care of her father and younger brother.

Anh's father is Nguyen Tri Van (born in 1974), and her mother is Nguyen Thi Dinh (born in 1974). Both come from poor families, they got married in 1999 and introduced them to their relatives and neighbors in a small wedding.

Not as lucky as many others, since birth until now at the age of 20, Anh's younger brother Nguyen Tri Manh cannot walk, cannot eat or take care of his personal hygiene. All of his activities are completely dependent on his family members.

More than 10 years ago, disaster struck when Mr. Van suffered from mental illness. The tragedy did not stop there, in early April, Anh's mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer and passed away.
