At the conference, delegates listened to Mr. Vu Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, provide information on the results of socio -economic development in the first 6 months of the year, key tasks in the last 6 months of the year, in order to strive to achieve the growth target of 14% or more for Quang Ninh province.

Comrade Le Thi Kim Cuc, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, informed about the topic "Orientation for implementing a number of key tasks in the fields of propaganda and mass mobilization work in the new situation".

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Nhan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, thoroughly grasped and deployed a number of key tasks in the work of building the organizational apparatus of Steering Committee 35 at all levels in the conditions of operating a 2-level government apparatus.

He also oriented some propaganda contents in the coming time, focusing on the following issues: Extensively propagating the results of the 12th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; the results of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly ; the preparation and organization of Party congresses of communes, wards, special zones and affiliated Party Committees, the Commune-level Fatherland Front Congress towards the 16th Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party; initial results of the implementation of the arrangement of the apparatus and operation of the 2-level government; deploying the model of Steering Committee 35 of affiliated Party Committees; propagating the celebration of the country's major holidays, focusing on the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025)...
