At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee approved the proposal to establish advisory agencies to assist the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; establish the Content Subcommittee, the Service Subcommittee, the Thematic Report Development Team, and the Editorial Team to serve the 1st Provincial People's Committee Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Next, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee discussed and gave opinions on the draft Resolution of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on the direction and tasks for 2025; the working program of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee in 2025; the working regulations of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the first term, term 2025-2030; the working regulations of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the term 2020-2025; the inspection and supervision program of the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee in 2025 and the working program of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee in 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee spoke at the conference.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Vice Chairman and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the advisory and supporting agencies absorb, supplement and complete the discussed contents and submit them to the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee for consideration and promulgation. He also requested that Party committees and organizations at all levels in the Party Committee focus on implementing the Party Committee's resolutions, the Executive Committee's work program and the contents and tasks set forth by the Party Committee in conjunction with the political tasks of the agencies and units in a spirit of utmost urgency, "acceleration and breakthrough". Continue to closely follow the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to develop a roadmap, plan and propose solutions to effectively implement the goals, targets and tasks of socio-economic development of the province in 2025. Lead the implementation of the task of arranging and perfecting the organization and staffing of agencies and units according to Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee and under the direction of the Provincial Party Committee; review, adjust and implement the Provincial Planning for the period 2026-2031; organize and carry out well the work of site clearance, support, compensation and resettlement to serve the implementation of the Ninh Thuan nuclear power project and carefully prepare the conditions for the successful organization of the congresses of branches, affiliated party committees and the 1st Provincial People's Committee Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
