"Lifelong learning" is a philosophy advocated by scholars from around the world, including author Michelle R. Weise (former Fulbright scholar, graduate of Harvard and Stanford University). She is the author of the book "Long-Life Learning: Preparing for Jobs that Don't Even Exist Yet".

Her book was awarded the 2021 Phillip E.Frandson Award for Literature by the UPCEA (University Professional and Continuing Education Association), recognizing the author and publisher of an outstanding work on continuing higher education. Thai Ha Book Joint Stock Company and Cong Thuong Publishing House jointly released this book.

In her book, Long Life Learning, Michelle R. Weise offers a learning model that is suitable for both learners and workers. This model focuses on breakthrough innovations to lay the foundation for a continuous, clearly oriented learning process that is comprehensive and useful for both employees and employers, working people and leaders, students and educators facing a turbulent future.

The book "Lifelong Learning: Getting Ready for Jobs That Don't Even Exist"

With its incisive analysis, real-life examples, and practical solutions, this book is a guide for anyone who wants to master their future. Especially in a rapidly changing technological landscape, lifelong learning is the best way to avoid being left behind.

True to the spirit of "lifelong learning" that General Secretary To Lam emphasized in an important article on March 2, 2025: " Lifelong learning to dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to sacrifice for the common good, to become useful people is an urgent requirement for each individual, each citizen . This is an inevitable rule in the context of the world constantly changing due to the scientific and technological revolution.
