Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Le Tri Thanh chaired the conference. Attending the conference were leaders of socio-political organizations of the province and all 151 officials and civil servants of these agencies.

Conference to disseminate Plan No. 549 dated March 26, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on continuing to reorganize the apparatus of the political system according to Conclusions No. 126 and 127 of the Politburo, Secretariat and Official Dispatch No. 43 dated March 20, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee summarizing Resolution No. 18.

According to the plan of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee was assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and provincial socio-political organizations to urgently develop a project to reorganize and streamline the Vietnam Fatherland Front and provincial socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial level. This work must be completed before April 15.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Le Tri Thanh said that in order to complete the project according to regulations, the provincial socio-political organizations have reported on the organization, personnel, finance, and assets of the agencies. The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has chaired a survey of the aspirations of cadres and civil servants of the Front and socio-political organizations of the province. This is the basic data for developing the project and reporting to competent authorities.

Comrade Le Tri Thanh requested cadres and civil servants of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province to raise awareness, understand correctly and fully about the revolution of streamlining the organizational apparatus. Determine to be ready, steadfast and proactive with the assigned work.
