The People's Committee of Hau Giang province accepts and fully implements the opinions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and can only decide to change the purpose of using rice-growing land when the project meets the conditions and complies with the provisions of law.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is fully responsible for the organization of appraisal, appraisal results, completeness and accuracy of the attached records and documents and the content of the proposal for the Prime Minister to approve the change of rice land use purpose to implement the Long My 2 New Urban Area Project, Thuan An Ward, Long My Town, Hau Giang Province, ensuring compliance with regulations; monitoring and guiding the implementation of the above-mentioned change of rice land use purpose in accordance with the provisions of law.
