Thousands of people watch the special art program "Revolutionary epic"

The program is organized to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection.

The opening of the program was a parade honoring the Vietnam People's Public Security force with the participation of the People's Public Security Ceremonial Group, 72 musicians, 3 orchestra conductors and 80 officers and soldiers of Lao Cai Provincial Public Security on Dien Bien route, attracting thousands of people to watch.

Majestic parade to honor the People's Public Security force

On the evening of August 11, on Dien Bien Street, Yen Bai Ward, Lao Cai Province, the atmosphere became lively and solemn with the parade to honor the People's Public Security force. Participating in the event were the People's Public Security Ceremonial Group, under the Mobile Police Command, including 72 musicians, 3 orchestra conductors and 80 officers and soldiers of Lao Cai Provincial Public Security.

Delegates and people looked back on the glorious journey of the Fatherland Border Police force - loyal and devoted soldiers for the peace of the people through the report "Lao Cai Provincial Police - historical milestones".

Following the program are elaborately staged art performances with 3 chapters:

The opening chapter recreates the journey of the Vietnamese people's struggle for independence and national unification, affirming the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh in the revolutionary cause. The performances praise the people's patriotism, indomitable will and steadfast belief in the final victory.

Chapter 2 is a performance praising the image of the People's Public Security soldiers - an important armed force in the cause of protecting national security and maintaining social order and safety. Thereby clearly demonstrating the spirit of readiness to sacrifice and dedication for the peaceful life and happiness of the people.

The final chapter is a bright picture of Lao Cai province in the process of innovation and development. The performances show the strong rising spirit of the homeland, pride in the cultural identity of ethnic groups, and the desire to integrate and build Lao Cai to be increasingly rich, civilized, and strong in national defense and security.

More than 1,300 professional and non-professional actors participated in the performance, creating a heroic, profound and emotional artistic space, including the participation of famous singers and artists such as: Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, singer Sen Hoang My Lam... and many artists from Lao Cai Province's Ethnic Arts Troupe, People's Public Security Music and Dance Theater, People's Public Security Ceremonial Troupe - Ministry of Public Security.

The program is a meaningful activity to review the heroic pages of history, the brilliant milestones in the history of the nation; a profound gratitude to the generations of fathers and brothers; an immortal epic of patriotism, indomitable will and steadfast belief in the path that the Party, Uncle Ho and our people have chosen. This is also an opportunity to affirm the correct and wise leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh in the cause of protecting national security, building a strong People's Public Security force; at the same time, to acknowledge and evaluate the results after 20 years of implementing the National Day for National Security Protection - a movement of profound political and social significance, contributing to building a solid people's security posture in the new situation.
