Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Linh hopes that Vietnamese investment promotion representatives abroad will continue to pay attention, accompany and support Ha Tinh in promoting and connecting with investors in the area.

At the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Planning and Investment gave a general overview of the socio-economic situation of Ha Tinh to the working delegation. At the same time, they analyzed in depth the potentials, advantages, mechanisms and policies to attract investment in the province such as: land, transport infrastructure, infrastructure to meet long-term development strategies, taxes, labor resources, administrative reform, etc.

Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Phan Thanh Bien informed about Ha Tinh's mechanisms and policies in attracting investment.

Ha Tinh also informed the delegation about the socio-economic development orientations and investment attraction set out in the Ha Tinh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister.

Through the province's report, the members of the working delegation affirmed that they will always accompany and support Ha Tinh in promoting and connecting foreign enterprises to seek investment opportunities; and discuss with the province some contents about investment trends and needs of enterprises in other countries.

Ms. Le Thi Hai Van - investment promotion representative in the United States: The province needs to have orientations on calling for investment in the field of renewable energy.

At the same time, the province is requested to provide more information on energy supply capacity, serving the production and business activities of enterprises; orientations on calling for investment in the fields of renewable energy, healthcare, large-scale agriculture; training solutions, supplying quality human resources; plans to promote foreign investment of the province in the coming time...

At the same time, detailed information on the capacity and strategy for developing energy sources to meet the production and business needs of enterprises investing in Ha Tinh; and the potential for seaport development in Ha Tinh.

He hoped that the working group would continue to pay attention, accompany and support Ha Tinh in promoting and connecting with foreign investors. Ha Tinh will always welcome and create all conditions for investors to learn about and invest in projects in the area.
