The relevant ward People's Committees shall arrange forces at locations (Hanoi Museum campus, National Planning Exhibition Palace, Xuan Tao street and cross-roads in Tay Ho Tay urban area) as parking places for vehicles to pick up and drop off delegates from stands B and C (delegates from central agencies; provinces and cities; departments and branches of Hanoi city; communes and wards of Hanoi city) on rehearsal and official days to coordinate, guide and arrange vehicles.

Parking lot of Hanoi Transport Corporation at Nhon station, for cars, motorbikes, bicycles (estimated capacity is about 700 cars if using the entire area); Xuan Phuong ward is requested to coordinate with Hanoi Transport Corporation to guide and arrange.
The land of Hanoi Parking Exploitation Company Limited was temporarily assigned by the city to prevent encroachment (adjacent to Industrial University), to park motorbikes and bicycles. Tay Tuu ward is requested to coordinate with Hanoi Parking Exploitation Company Limited to guide and arrange; the land at the Nhon bus transfer location is managed by the City Traffic Management and Operation Center. Tay Tuu ward People's Committee is requested to arrange personnel to guide and arrange.

On urban railway line 2A, in Yen Nghia bus station, there are expected to be about 150 passenger cars and 45-seat cars. Hanoi Transport Corporation is requested to direct Yen Nghia bus station to arrange a part of the space for parking to serve people attending the Anniversary Ceremony; Yen Nghia ward is requested to coordinate to guide and arrange.
Phu Luong depot area, passenger cars (parking along internal roads is expected to accommodate about 100 45-seat cars), Hanoi Railway Company Limited is requested to arrange the space, Phu Luong Ward People's Committee is requested to arrange human resources to guide and arrange; the roadway of Nguyen Khuyen Street, 19/5 Street, Ha Dong Ward is currently licensed by the Department of Construction to keep cars with an expected capacity of 35 cars, Ha Dong Ward is requested to coordinate to guide and arrange.
Campus of Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School, Lang Ward is requested to coordinate to guide and arrange; campus of the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications, Hanoi University, University of Natural Sciences, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Water Resources, Trade Union University parking for cars, motorbikes, bicycles, relevant wards are requested to coordinate to guide and arrange.
The vacant lot near Thang Long Tobacco Company on Nguyen Trai Street is for passenger cars, expected to accommodate about 200 45-seat cars. We request the People's Committee of Khuong Dinh Ward to direct the managing unit (Vingroup Corporation) to level the ground and arrange human resources to arrange vehicles.
On National Highway 1, roadway 2.5 from Kim Dong to Den Lu, arrange passenger cars and small cars in both directions (expected 400 cars). Hoang Mai and Tan Mai wards are requested to coordinate to guide and arrange; roadways of streets (Kim Nguu, Thanh Nhan, Tran Dai Nghia, Pho Vong, Nam Son, Linh Duong, Dam Phuong...) are licensed by the Department of Construction to keep cars with an expected capacity of 300 cars. In the area north of Chuong Duong bridge, Hong Tien street (estimated capacity of about 150 cars), Nguyen Gia Bong street (estimated capacity of about 400 cars), it is recommended that the People's Committee of Bo De ward arrange personnel to arrange vehicles. In addition, license to keep cars on Phu Huu and Hoang Nhu Tiep streets with an expected capacity of 35 cars.
