With the goal of "Promoting administrative reform, improving the business environment...", in the first 4 months of 2025, Ha Giang has deployed tasks and solutions to remove difficulties, enhance digital transformation, apply information technology, connect and share data between state agencies to improve the quality and efficiency of administrative procedure settlement, better serve people and businesses.
As a civil status judicial officer of Phuong Do commune, Ha Giang city, Ms. Mai Thi Huyen Trang understands and feels most clearly the benefits of promoting digital transformation, applying information technology, connecting and sharing data in handling administrative procedures for people and businesses. Therefore, she and the staff at the Department of Receiving and Returning Results of Handling Administrative Procedures of the commune regularly update knowledge and new directive documents to serve professional work.

With the goal of 100% of administrative procedures being processed online, the provincial authorities at all levels have done a good job of promoting, encouraging and motivating people to participate in online public services through VneID software and applications. The Provincial People's Committee has standardized and reorganized 1,955 procedures at the district and provincial levels. The rate of files being processed on time is very high, at departments and branches reaching 99.15%, at district level reaching 97.52%, and at commune level reaching 98.45%.

Along with that, the completion of the Institution on building and developing e-Government and digital government continues to receive attention, the province has completed the Steering Committee on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation of Ha Giang province. The implementation of providing full online public services reached 34.92%; partial online public services reached 33.82%; the rate of online application submission reached 83.79%, of which the application processed on time reached 94.65%./.
