At the same time, Mr. Tuan also met another person who was farming nearby and wanted to sell land to ask for more information. During this process, the journalist asked for the phone numbers of the two people above, and gave them the phone number he often used to act as a reporter.

After recording the reality of many days and nights of subjects digging up soil from Mr. Huong's garden in Hamlet 8, Ea Ktur Commune, journalist Tuan Nguyen contacted the leaders of the People's Committee of this commune to work, but they always avoided and did not provide information.

On May 18, the journalist went to work with Mr. Nguyen Kim May - Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea Ktur commune, then asked for the phone number of Mr. Dinh - head of village 8, where the digging took place, to contact and verify. That same evening, two men used the same phone number 0915840755 to call Mr. Tuan's phone number.
