FPT Software (a member company of FPT Corporation) has recently officially and successfully achieved the Occupational Health and Safety certificate according to international standard ISO 45001 at 12 offices and headquarters in Vietnam, Germany and France.

Developed and supervised by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ISO 45001:2018 certification requires very strict monitoring and measurement standards to evaluate goals, plans, leadership commitments, and training processes to raise employees' awareness in minimizing potential risks to workers' health.

The standards are not only aimed at creating a safe and productive work environment, but also ensuring enhanced employee experience and satisfaction. FPT Software has undergone a rigorous assessment process, including on-site inspections, to demonstrate full compliance with ISO standards. To maintain this certification, FPT Software will still need to participate in annual surveillance audits and be re-certified every three years.
