On the afternoon of November 27, Bien Hoa City Police are investigating a traffic accident that left two students injured.

Accordingly, at around 10:30 a.m. the same day, TLV (14 years old, residing in Long Binh ward) drove an electric car carrying his younger brother TLP (8 years old) on Bui Van Hoa street in the direction from the center of Bien Hoa city to the roundabout at gate 11.

When arriving at the intersection of Bui Van Hoa - Phan Dang Luu (Long Binh ward), the two children turned left into the gate of Long Binh Industrial Park and were hit by a truck with license plate number 60C-132.31, causing P. to die; and V. was seriously injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.

Upon receiving the report, Bien Hoa City Police and other professional units conducted a crime scene investigation, took witness statements, and investigated to clarify the cause.

According to the victims' family, at the time of the accident, the two students were on their way home after morning classes to have lunch.
