The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of a number of key projects.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directly inspected the progress of the projects: Southern Thai Binh Belt Road, from S1 bridge to extended Chu Van An road; Thai Binh General Hospital at the Provincial Medical Center; coastal road through the province.

According to the reports of the units: The Southern Thai Binh Beltway Project, the section from the S1 bridge to the extended Chu Van An road is being completed by the contractor in the final items, but there are still some problems related to traffic organization at some intersections, the ground for connecting service roads, and the land for planting trees. The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quang Hung requested relevant departments, branches and local authorities to urgently coordinate to organize the clearance of the remaining areas to ensure the handover schedule for the contractor to organize the construction, and at the same time have a plan to protect the construction. The contractor will take advantage of favorable weather to speed up the construction progress, but must ensure the quality of the project according to the design; urgently complete the remaining items such as painting, road markings, signs, and lighting. The Department of Construction will coordinate with relevant units and local authorities to study traffic organization plans at some intersections with residential roads to ensure traffic safety and people's lives.

Regarding the Thai Binh General Hospital project at the Provincial Medical Center, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 to coordinate with the Department of Health, Tran Lam Ward and the contractor to best prepare for the event organization so that the groundbreaking ceremony takes place as planned.

Emphasizing the importance of the coastal road project, the road connecting Thai Binh Economic Zone to the socio -economic development of the province and connecting Hung Yen with provinces and cities in the region such as Hai Phong and Quang Ninh, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the contractor to mobilize maximum materials and human resources, speed up the project implementation progress; at the same time, ensure technical standards, quality of construction items and labor safety during construction, striving to complete on schedule according to the set plan.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that relevant agencies, units and localities must ensure material and technical conditions so that the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of works and projects take place solemnly, meaningfully and smoothly; at the same time, the preparation process must ensure absolute safety for people, vehicles and traffic safety, so as not to affect people's lives.
