Supervisory delegation 1521 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee works with Phan Rang-Thap Cham City Party Committee

On September 13, Supervisory Delegation 1521 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee led by Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council (Head of Supervisory Delegation No. 1) had a working session with the Phan Rang-Thap Cham City Party Committee on the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU on digital transformation (DT) of Ninh Thuan province in the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030. Attending the supervision session was Comrade Chau Thi Thanh Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Phan Rang-Thap Cham City Party Committee.

After more than 1 year of implementing Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City has initially achieved many positive results. 100% of wards and communes have established Digital Transformation Steering Committees, established 131 community digital technology groups with 563 members. All state agencies collect and spend state budget using non-cash payment methods. The rate of receiving online records of city-affiliated agencies reached 96.31%, ward and commune levels reached 94.51%; 100% of enterprises have deployed digital signatures and electronic accounting software; 100% of grassroots party organizations in the area have registered for Digital Transformation models; put the Smart City Operation Center into operation...

Concluding the supervision session, Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, highly appreciated the results achieved by the locality in digital transformation work in the past time. He suggested that the Phan Rang - Thap Cham City Party Committee in the coming time should continue to thoroughly grasp and raise awareness in the political system, society, and enterprises about digital transformation work; effectively use resources, seek support from partners, attract investment from society; focus on effectively developing digital transformation models. Closely coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to focus on removing and resolving difficulties and obstacles to improve the quality and effectiveness of digital transformation work; coordinate with the Provincial Youth Union to propagate and guide people to install and grasp the skills of using digital platforms and basic digital applications. It is necessary to build and train human resources in digital transformation to promptly support the locality; Focus on developing important digital infrastructures… contributing to the construction of e-government, completing the goal of building and developing Phan Rang-Thap Cham City into a smart city.
