With 2 main parts: "Dien Ban Bac - Faith & Aspiration to Reach High" and "Dien Ban Bac - Entering the New Era", the program is a combination of dance and singing performances praising the Party, love for the homeland and country with performances by a team of mass actors and amateur singers from agencies, units and organizations in the ward.
