Aviation Academy is the first school to announce the 2025 university admission benchmark nationwide. Of which, Ganh has the highest benchmark of this academy, which is 28.5. For the graduation exam score method, the highest benchmark is 27. For the high school transcript method, the highest benchmark is 28.5. For the Ho Chi Minh City National University competency assessment test score method, the highest benchmark is 921.25.

The Ministry of Education and Training said that in 2025, due to the large number of candidates registering for university and college admissions, it is also the first year that colleges participate in admissions, there will be no more early admissions, and all admission methods used in the first round will be used, so the virtual filtering time must be extended.

Successful candidates must confirm their admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's system before 5:00 p.m. on August 30. If they skip this step without a valid reason, their results will be canceled. Universities often have admission plans with different requirements, posted on their websites, official fanpages, or sent to candidates via email, phone number, notice, etc. Candidates need to pay attention to complete all procedures.

From September 1 to December 2025, schools that do not meet their quota can recruit additional students. Candidates will be considered for additional admission if they do not pass the entrance exam or do not confirm enrollment in any school.
