Plan No. 244-KH/TU dated October 25, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee on disseminating and implementing Conclusion No. 61-KL/TW dated August 17, 2023 of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Directive No. 13-CT/TW dated January 12, 2017 on strengthening the Party's leadership in forest management, protection, and development; Resolution No. 22-NQ/DU dated June 14, 2023 of the Provincial Military Party Committee on preventing and minimizing traffic accidents in the provincial military.

Thereby, to promote the dissemination, study and research of resolutions and directives of the Politburo, the Central Party Secretariat, and plans of the Provincial Party Committee to the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units in the provincial armed forces.
