On April 20, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee held a Conference on Entrepreneurship Knowledge Training in 2024 and evaluated the results of 1 year of supporting the construction and repair of houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties in the period of 2023-2025.

Attending the conference were more than 500 delegates who were key leaders of enterprises with affiliated party organizations and party organizations that had moved according to Regulation No. 60-QD/TW of the Central Executive Committee.

Support businesses and entrepreneurs to access the Land Law in a systematic and comprehensive manner

At the conference, delegates listened to comrade Phan Duc Hieu, Member of the 15th National Assembly, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Economic Committee, discuss and convey the topic: Some new points of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15 passed by the 15th National Assembly at the 5th session, on January 18, 2024 and effective from January 1, 2025 (except for some transitional provisions); With 5 groups of contents including: Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of land users; Land access: Market - transparency - fairness; Improving land use efficiency; Effectiveness and efficiency of State management.

It can be said that the Law and institutions on land are considered the backbone of the economy, so the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc chose this topic with the aim of supporting businesses and entrepreneurs to approach the Law systematically and comprehensively, thereby having a comprehensive and proactive view to complete production and business plans at enterprises in the coming time.

121 houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties

Also at the conference, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee organized an assessment of the results of 1 year of supporting the construction and repair of houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties in the period 2023-2025.

On February 10, 2023, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Directive No. 21-CT/TU on strengthening the Party's leadership in mobilizing support for building and repairing houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties. Based on that plan, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has developed and issued a plan to mobilize support and help build and repair houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties in the period of 2023-2025.

After 1 year of implementation, the total number of houses registered by the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc and units with affiliated party organizations at the launching ceremony of the Program to mobilize and support the construction of houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties, period 2023-2025 organized by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee is 121 houses.

As of April 19, 2024, the entire Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc had 46 units registered to support and help build and repair 159 houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties through organizations throughout the province.

In the coming time, the Party Committee of the Business Bloc will continue to focus on solutions to implement the plan on mobilizing support for building and repairing houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties in Nghe An province in the period of 2023-2025, in accordance with the conditions and actual situation of the units.
