Efforts to restore ancient art
Enamel is the art of coating colorful enamel on metal and firing at high temperatures. According to Mr. Tung, this art requires patience and meticulousness, and to make an enamel product, there are 4 basic steps: processing the metal blank, pouring enamel, firing at high temperatures and grinding.
Currently, Mr. Tung is introducing enamel painting to young people through workshops and guiding students to do projects on this subject.
In the future, he hopes to introduce these products to international friends through typical images of Vietnam.
