Speaking at the opening of the conference, Major General Le Xuan Minh, Director of A05 Department, said that in the digital age, where national borders are extended to every internet access point, influencers in cyberspace have become a special force, contributing to shaping social awareness, leading trends, promoting creativity and promoting and spreading Vietnamese identity and values to the world .

According to Major General Le Xuan Minh, the Party and State always pay special attention, issuing many policies and guidelines to create a healthy development environment for KOLs, where the values of "truth, goodness, and beauty" are spread more strongly than ever.

Each KOL needs to be deeply aware of their impact in every statement, image, and action; management agencies, technology platforms, etc. need to join hands to orient, accompany, support and create a healthy environment for KOLs to promote patriotism, promote positive influence, and promote the development of the national economy, culture, society, and media.

At the conference, MC Tran Khanh Vy gave a speech on the topic "Digital ethics - Core factor in sustainable influence".
