On the afternoon of March 15, at Thai Binh Provincial Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held a conference to deploy the decision on personnel work. According to the decision of the Central Youth Union Secretariat, comrade Nguyen Ba Cat, member of the Central Youth Union Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Youth Union School Youth Committee, Vice President of the Central Vietnam Student Association, came to work at Thai Binh Provincial Youth Union, was appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Thai Binh Provincial Youth Union.
Speaking at the conference, the First Secretary of the Central Youth Union and the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council affirmed: The work of Youth Union cadres has always been of interest to local Party committees and authorities. The policy of sending young cadres for practical training at the grassroots level is a correct policy to create opportunities for cadres to stay close to the grassroots, learn, practice, and improve their knowledge and skills.
