Muong Lat Commune Police support people in resolving administrative procedures in implementing two-level local government.

Major Nguyen Van Manh, Chief of Muong Lat Commune Police, said: Muong Lat is a mountainous border commune with the majority of ethnic minorities living there. People's lives still face many difficulties, their education level is limited, and it is difficult to access information technology and carry out procedures online. Immediately after the two-level local government came into operation, the unit simultaneously launched a campaign to guide people and businesses to carry out administrative procedures and resolve problems during the implementation process. The unit always identifies itself as a frontline force that directly contacts and supports the settlement of administrative procedures for people and businesses. Accordingly, Muong Lat Commune Police has established two working groups to guide citizens and handle administrative procedures at the police headquarters and cultural houses of residential areas to guide people on how to protect personal information, identify online scams, and safely use the VNeID application; Support people and businesses to register, activate electronic identification accounts, integrate documents, and guide people to use the National Public Service Portal to handle administrative procedures.

With dedication and responsibility, after 1 month of operation, Muong Lat Commune Police have received and resolved over 110 records, and promoted 10 full-service online public services integrated by the Ministry of Public Security on the National Public Service Portal to serve people and businesses. In addition, the unit has also promoted propaganda in many forms, such as: through village and hamlet meetings, on the loudspeaker system and through websites such as Zalo, Facebook; regularly maintaining and effectively providing 10 full-service online public services integrated on the National Public Service Portal to serve people and businesses...

Mr. Ngan Trung Hieu, a Muong ethnic in Zone 3, Muong Lat Commune, said: "I came to carry out the procedure to confirm my residence information. Thanks to the enthusiastic guidance of the commune police officers, the procedure was carried out quickly and conveniently."

After more than 1 month of operating the 2-level local government, Muong Lat Commune Police is not only a force to ensure security and order at the grassroots level but also a reliable support for people and businesses in handling administrative procedures and supporting digital transformation. The commune police force has adapted quickly, accompanying the 2-level local government apparatus in the current period.
