Assign the Provincial Public Security to direct the Commune and Ward Public Security to effectively manage citizens in the locality, closely coordinate with the Military Command at the same level to unify personnel selection and call citizens to perform People's Public Security service; advise the Commune and Ward Military Service Council to review political background, strengthen screening, grasp the political background and moral qualities of each young person before joining the army; proactively coordinate with the Provincial Military Command to unify the expected allocation of selection and call targets for citizens to perform People's Public Security service in 2026 for localities.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Military Command to advise the Provincial People's Committee to establish a Military Service Health Examination Council in accordance with regulations; direct and guide the Health Stations of communes and wards to establish a Health Preliminary Selection Team, conduct health preliminary selection in accordance with regulations; direct the Military Service Health Examination Council to conduct strict health examinations in accordance with regulations.

Assign the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Justice and other departments, branches and sectors of the province according to their assigned functions and tasks to actively coordinate and do a good job of military recruitment.

Assign the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and its member organizations to closely coordinate with agencies and units to organize propaganda and education for youth of military age about the tradition of patriotism, duty and responsibility to protect the Fatherland.

Requesting the People's Committees of localities to "completely" implement the military recruitment work, perfect the Military Service Council with the correct and sufficient members according to regulations; recruit enough quantity, ensure quality, with the motto "whoever recruits is sure to be the right person"; implement the military recruitment process according to regulations, ensure democracy, fairness, and create consensus among the people.

In addition, it is necessary to implement well the military rear policy, visit and encourage families and young people to join the army; resolutely and strictly handle cases of violations in military recruitment and violations of the Law on Military Service.
