In the warm atmosphere of the beginning of the year of the Snake, on the occasion of the beginning of the new year, on the morning of February 6 (January 9), President Luong Cuong presided over the incense offering ceremony to open the year of the Snake 2025 at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel relic site.

Attending the incense offering ceremony were Politburo members: Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien; Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai; Party Central Committee members: Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son; Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh; representatives of leaders of central departments, ministries, and branches, and Hanoi City.

The incense offering ceremony was solemnly held, expressing respect and gratitude to the wise kings and virtuous subjects who had contributed to opening the Thang Long culture and enlightening Dai Viet civilization.
