(Dan Tri) - The grandson of a merchant at Lau market (Binh Thuan province), the 13-month-old boy amused netizens when he just needed to raise his hand and other merchants at the market automatically "donated" food.

"No matter how many shops Din goes to, he still likes to stop by the banh thuan stall," the description of a clip recording the chubby boy reaching out to receive the cake given by a vendor at the market, making netizens excited.

The clip attracted more than 2.3 million views on social networks and tens of thousands of interactions.

The owner of the clip, Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Thoa (born in 1997, residing in Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province), shared that the boy in the clip is A Din (real name is Khon Vinh, 13 months old), her son. She and her mother are both traders in Lau market, so since A Din was 3 months old, she regularly took her son to the market for a few hours in the morning and then came back to let him rest.

Occasionally, people at the market would see A Din sleeping soundly on his grandmother's stall, despite the bustling sounds of buyers and sellers all around.

"Seeing my chubby, adorable baby, everyone at the market loved and pampered him. The first time I met strangers, I was surprised that he wasn't afraid, always smiled and could be held by anyone. When he grew up a few months and started to eat, vendors at the market gave him fried rice cakes, sponge cakes, and rice cakes... He didn't hesitate to open his hands to receive them, making everyone happy," said Ms. Thoa.

The girl said she has been selling at the market for about 6 years. Her mother has been in this profession for more than 10 years, raising her children.

Recently, the economic situation has been difficult, the market is increasingly deserted, causing many small traders to lose revenue. In the face of such worries, everyone encourages each other to try to hold on, because that is the main income, supporting their family members for many years.

"Since Din appeared, everyone at the market has been happy because he always smiles. Whenever the market is empty and he appears, the atmosphere is filled with laughter. Even when Din didn't go to the market for a few days, many people called to ask how he was doing, asking me to bring him out for fun.

I am very happy that my child can help people become more optimistic. Most of the vendors at the market have been in the business for a long time, many are relatives and acquaintances of my mother and I," Thoa confided.
