According to Quy Nhon City residents, from January to March of the lunar calendar every year, green moss grows all over the rocks at the foot of the breakwater, forming a lush green beach running along the coast, making locals and tourists extremely excited.
Nhon Hai Commune is located on Phuong Mai Peninsula, about 20km northeast of Quy Nhon City center. This is a small, peaceful fishing village nestled in a beautiful bay.
For about a week now, from early morning to late afternoon, many tourists have been checking in at this mossy beach, making the atmosphere of Nhon Hai fishing village vibrant.
Mr. Tran Van Hai (in Nhon Hai commune) said: "Many people come here to take pictures from dawn. Everyone praises how beautiful it is. Especially at dawn."
Present at the moss field area, Ms. Nguyen Quynh Nhu (a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City) shared: "I went to Quy Nhon for tourism and heard about this moss field so I came here to check-in. The moss field is really beautiful and green. The sea here is also beautiful, clear and the scenery is very peaceful. I hope this place will be protected so that every year people can come here to visit, sightsee and play."

According to the People's Committee of Nhon Hai Commune, this moss field grows naturally and is formed on a very beautiful white sand beach. The commune has asked people to keep the coastal environment clean so that visitors can come here to capture beautiful moments and explore the peaceful fishing village life, and enjoy the rustic cuisine of local fishermen.
