On the morning of May 15, Bien Hoa City Police (Dong Nai) are investigating the cause of the fire that broke out at two stalls in front of the Cultural House of Quarter 1, Tam Hoa Ward (near Tam Hoa Market), causing many properties to be burned down.
According to initial information, at around 2:10 a.m. the same day, residents of Tam Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city discovered a fire breaking out quickly, accompanied by many loud explosions coming from a booth selling sandals and leather goods, so they shouted to put out the fire but failed, so they reported it to the authorities for handling.
After controlling the fire, authorities determined there were no human casualties, but many properties inside were completely burned.
According to initial information, these two stalls, about 20 square meters wide, are currently rented by Ms. THT (45 years old) and Mr. LVT (54 years old, both living in Bien Hoa City) for business. On the night of May 14, Mr. T had to return to his hometown urgently. After nearly 4 hours of leaving, the fire at the stall started.
