On October 14, Yen Do Ward Police, Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province said they had verified the owner of more than 100 million VND in the trunk of a woman's car.
Previously, at around 10:00 a.m. on October 14, Mr. LMP (59 years old, residing in Yen Do ward) went to Vietcombank Branch (Hai Ba Trung street, Yen Do ward) to withdraw 107 million VND.
After withdrawing the money, Mr. P. went out and mistakenly put the above amount of money into the trunk of Ms. NTH's car (59 years old, residing in Yen Do ward) parked in front of the bank.
At 10:30 a.m. the same day, Ms. H. got out of her car and discovered a large amount of money in the trunk. This woman went to the Yen Do Ward Police Station to report the incident.

Yen Do Ward Police have investigated and searched for the person who put the money in Ms. H's trunk. The police have identified Mr. P. as the owner of the money, so they contacted this man to come to the ward police station to hand it over.
According to Yen Do Ward Police, through verification, it was determined that the above amount of money belonged to Mr. P..
It is known that after withdrawing 107 million VND from the bank, Mr. P. brought the money to the parking area, saw that Ms. H.'s motorbike was similar to his own and opened the trunk, so he mistakenly put money in and closed it.
Mr. P. then went back into the bank to do some business. When he came out, Mr. P. drove his motorbike home and did not realize that he had mistakenly put money in the trunk of someone else's motorbike.
