"strange" is that although the situation of people gathering in large numbers, stopping and parking their vehicles haphazardly, causing traffic obstruction here has been going on for a long time, on both sides of the bridge railings there are no signs with the content "no stopping, parking, gathering" like on many other bridges in the city...(?!).

From the above situation, and to keep Ba Son Bridge always clear and safe during the day as well as at night, it is necessary for the authorities to resolutely and regularly correct the situation of vehicle owners stopping and parking their vehicles arbitrarily, as well as gathering in large crowds on the bridge. In addition, it is also necessary to install additional signs "no parking, gathering" on the bridge" on both sides of the bridge railing.
