Cam Giang disburses more than 10 billion VND in policy credit

Cam Giang Social Policy Bank transaction office has completed disbursement procedures of more than 10 billion VND for 223 poor households and other policy beneficiaries.

Currently, in the district, there are 7,184 households with outstanding debts, with a total amount of about 461 billion VND.

The areas with large social policy debt are Cam Giang town, Phuc Dien, Cam Hoang, Ngoc Lien, Cao An, Duc Chinh communes... Over 50% of the debt is invested by households in production and economic models such as chrysanthemum cutting areas; raising chickens, pigs, and fish in a cleaner direction; renting fields for specialized farming areas...

The newly disbursed money mainly comes from programs for households that have just escaped poverty to borrow for economic development; loans for rural households to invest in building clean water supply and rural sanitation projects; loans for job creation...
