In the final night, the judges will choose the top 20 and then the top 10. Next, the judges will choose the top 5 and top 3 contestants for the behavioral round.

Appearing at the opening, Bui Quynh Hoa confidently called out her name. Bui Quynh Hoa belongs to the group of contestants with a balanced body with a height of 1.75 m, measurements of 83-60-94 cm. In the national costume performance, her costume inspired by the medium costume in the Vietnamese Mother Goddess worship ceremony created a good effect.

Through activities within the framework of the contest, her efforts in the semi-finals and impressive performance in the national costume competition, the 25-year-old beauty gradually received support.

Before the final, a series of beauty websites such as Missosology, Global Beauties and Sash Factor also released prediction tables. However, Bui Quynh Hoa was not highly rated.

She did not even appear in the list of predicted final top 20. While in previous rankings, the Vietnamese beauty was predicted to be in the top 20.

Bui Quynh Hoa was born in 1998 in Hanoi. She was crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 and is currently studying at the University of Theatre and Cinema, Ho Chi Minh City.
