Speaking at the opening of the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ha Van Hung informed delegates about some results of Party building work, socio-economic situation and national defense and security of the province in the past time; key tasks in the coming time.

In particular, it is necessary to focus on Party building and rectification; protect the Party's ideological foundation, and fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the new situation. Study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle well, in conjunction with emulation movements and campaigns set forth by the education and training sector.

At the conference, delegates were discussed by Mr. Vu Trong Ha - Chief of Office of Central Steering Committee 35 on the topic: "Social media, opportunities and challenges, solutions and skills to protect the Party's ideological foundation and respond to multi-dimensional information on cyberspace in the new situation" and shared experiences on Party building work in the educational environment.
