Ministry of Health warns about An Vi Moc Linh health products being dumped on sidewalks

According to the Food Safety Department, the health protection food product An Vi Moc Linh is manufactured at Bao Nguyen Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (in Dong Van I Industrial Park, Dong Van Ward, Duy Tien Town, Ha Nam Province); AM Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Trading Development Company Limited (in Lane 192 Le Trong Tan, Khuong Mai Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City) is responsible for product declaration. However, through inspection by the Food Safety Department, it was found that AM Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Trading Development Company Limited no longer exists. At the time of inspection, there was no company signboard, no product display, and no business activities at the above address.

Notably, at the end of April, many residents living on Nguyen Lan Street (in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi ) were surprised to discover a large number of health food products being thrown all over the sidewalk, most of which were An Vi Moc Linh products.

Currently, the Food Safety Department is coordinating with functional units of Hanoi City to inspect and handle the above enterprise according to the provisions of law. While the Food Safety Department is coordinating with functional agencies to handle the case, it is recommended that consumers do not buy or use the above product.
