This time, 91 officers from Lieutenant to Lieutenant Colonel were awarded the decision to promote their ranks and raise their salaries, including 42 comrades who were promoted ahead of schedule for their achievements in preventing and fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and receiving certificates of merit from all levels.
