Attending the event were comrade Tieu Hong Phuc - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Provincial Party Committee members: Nguyen Thi Thuan Bich - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Toi - Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Tran Huu Thanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee.

At the conference, Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council Huynh Van Hung announced Decision No. 15 dated September 29, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council on accepting and appointing civil servants to leadership and management positions for Mr. Ngo Minh Hoa - Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council. The term of office is 5 years from the effective date of the decision - October 1, 2023.

Speaking at the assignment, Comrade Tieu Hong Phuc congratulated Comrade Ngo Minh Hoa on being entrusted with a new task by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council. Comrade Ngo Minh Hoa is a cadre with good moral qualities and capacity, and has practical experience from working in the Party Committee's office; this is a favorable premise for him to approach and grasp the work in the new position. However, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council has its own specific tasks; Comrade Tieu Hong Phuc expressed his belief that Comrade Ngo Minh Hoa will quickly grasp and approach the work in the shortest time possible, so that together with the leaders and cadres and civil servants of the office, he can serve the activities of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council well.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also hopes that during his work, Comrade Ngo Minh Hoa will try to approach the regulations and contents of the specific nature of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council; seek opinions from the Standing Committee, the leaders of the Office and the departments of the Provincial People's Council to have the most harmonious and effective coordination. Comrade Tieu Hong Phuc believes that the activities of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council in the coming time will achieve many good results.

The new Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council expressed his gratitude to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council for creating favorable conditions for him to be appointed to the new position. He promised to continuously strive to study and build a united bloc together with the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council to successfully complete the tasks assigned by competent authorities. At the same time, he expressed his wish to continue receiving the attention, support, and assistance of the provincial leaders and the coordination between the Office and the committees of the Provincial People's Council to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
