Bezos has long been known for his unhealthy eating habits, admitting he stopped reading nutrition labels until middle age. His change is believed to have been prompted by his 2017 acquisition of health-conscious grocery chain Whole Foods.
That same year, Bezos appeared in a more muscular than usual state at a business conference in Idaho, causing a social media storm. He credited the transformation to personal trainer Wes Okerson, who has helped Tom Cruise, Gerard Butler, and Isla Fisher get into shape for their roles.
According to international media, Okerson is extremely fond of slow, high-resistance exercises such as rowing and weight training to increase strength and endurance over time. He also recommends his clients to exercise outdoors. Running up and down hills, kayaking, and SUP are among his and Jeff Bezos' hobbies.
