The interior of the two trains SE21 and SE22 has been upgraded and renovated. This is one of the first two trains (including the Hue - Da Nang train "Central Heritage Connection Journey" and SE21/22) to have wifi installed on board to serve passengers for free.

According to Vietnam Railways Corporation, the SE21/22 train pair is a new product with many outstanding utilities and aesthetics, put into operation by the railway industry, serving the travel needs of people during the April 30 and May 1 holidays and is expected to become a "hot" tourism product for visitors in the summer of 2024.

Train pair SE21/SE22 will run 1 trip per day from Saigon to Danang and vice versa. Specifically, train SE21 departs from Danang at 8:15 am and arrives at Saigon station at 4:15 am the following day; train SE22 departs from Saigon station at 11 am and arrives at Danang station at 6:05 am the following day.
