Delegates attended the closing ceremony of the Market displaying, introducing and promoting OCOP products and Thanh cuisine in 2024.

Taking place from July 21 to August 3, the 2024 Exhibition, Introduction and Promotion of OCOP Products and Thanh Hoa Cuisine attracted 96 booths displaying and promoting OCOP products and goods of Thanh Hoa province; 2 booths displaying and promoting Thanh Hoa tourism products and 20 booths of Thanh Hoa cuisine.

Enterprises, cooperatives, and OCOP entities have displayed, promoted, and introduced hundreds of OCOP products, safe agricultural and food products, key agricultural products, high-tech agricultural products, organic agriculture; craft village products, handicrafts, specialty products, and delicious dishes of Thanh Hoa.

According to statistics from the Organizing Committee, the Market has attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors from inside and outside the province to visit and shop.

The Organizing Committee awarded certificates to enterprises, cooperatives, and OCOP entities participating in the program.

Through the program, it has contributed to introducing and promoting OCOP products, products and strong goods of Thanh Hoa province; creating a bridge for businesses to exchange experiences, seek investment and business cooperation opportunities; at the same time, promoting trade promotion activities, connecting production and distribution units with product consumption units inside and outside the province.

This is also an opportunity to promote the supply and consumption of OCOP products, contributing to the effective implementation of the Central and provincial policies on cooperation in production and consumption of agricultural products and OCOP products, and promoting the effective implementation of the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".

Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade Tran Duc Luong spoke, acknowledging the efforts of enterprises, cooperatives and participating units.

The Organizing Committee awarded the certificate of participation in the program to Binh Son Agricultural and Forestry Cooperative. Along with guiding farmers on cultivation techniques and developing 10 hectares of VietGAP-certified tea, Binh Son Agricultural and Forestry Cooperative has successfully developed 4 OCOP products with 3-star certification, including: tea buds, green tea bags, wild Solanum procumbens tea and honey products.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 2024 OCOP Market, introduction, promotion and OCOP products, Thanh cuisine, the representative of the Department of Industry and Trade acknowledged and commended the departments, branches, socio-political organizations of the province, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities, associations and unions for their efforts with a high sense of responsibility so that the OCOP Market and Thanh cuisine took place as planned, safely and successfully.

The Organizing Committee also acknowledged the contributions and participation of businesses, cooperatives, and production facilities participating in booths at the OCOP Market and Thanh cuisine, which contributed to the success of the event.
