Caught 20 teenagers using drugs in karaoke bar

(Dan Tri) - 20 teenagers were caught red-handed by Rach Gia City Police (Kien Giang) organizing drug use at a karaoke bar in the area.


On January 10, Rach Gia City Police (Kien Giang Province) said that the unit had just caught 20 subjects red-handed for organizing illegal drug use, testing positive for drugs, at a karaoke bar in the area.

Previously, on January 9, the Economic and Drug Crime Investigation Police Team coordinated with Vinh Lac Ward Police (Rach Gia City) to inspect a karaoke bar named Luxury in Rach Gia City.

At the time of the inspection, the police caught LNH (22 years old, residing in An Minh district) organizing 5 people to illegally use drugs in a karaoke room. Of these, 4 people tested positive for drugs.

At the scene, the authorities seized a white plate (ketamine in a tray, weight undetermined) and some tools used for drug use.

At another karaoke room, the inspection team discovered 15 more subjects testing positive for drugs and seized 4 bags of drugs (weight unknown) that the subjects had thrown away on the tiled floor.

Rach Gia City Police have drawn up administrative records for 19 subjects who tested positive for drugs. LNH was detained for investigation into the act of organizing, storing and illegally using drugs.
