Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Thai Thi Le Hang - Editor-in-Chief of Khanh Hoa Newspaper shared: Following Uncle Ho's teachings, planting trees and afforestation has become a fine tradition of our nation, especially at the beginning of each new year. Khanh Hoa Newspaper and businesses cooperated with Khanh Son District People's Committee to implement the project "Pink clouds cover pink green hills" to join hands to build Khanh Son District into an impressive tourist destination in the future.

Deployed since 2022, the Pink Clouds Covering the Green Hills project has so far carried out 3 planting phases of 4,000 cherry blossom trees in localities in Khanh Son district. Particularly in the program responding to the "Tet tree planting festival to forever remember Uncle Ho" this year, 1,000 cherry blossom trees were planted in public areas, historical sites, areas serving tourism development, community houses, and main roads in localities in the district.
According to the organizers of the project "Pink clouds cover pink green hills" will contribute to the locality to create a green and beautiful landscape; contribute to building Khanh Son district into an "ecological small urban area of mountains and forests" according to the orientation of the Politburo in Resolution No. 09 on building and developing Khanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
For the project to be implemented effectively, Khanh Son District People's Committee has assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the People's Committees of communes and towns in the area to receive and allocate the number of trees to plant in the right season, and at the same time organize care and protection for the trees to grow well...
