The Regulation consists of 4 chapters and 24 articles, regulating the operation, exploitation, integration and provision of services on the platform "Electronic government application to help operate, manage and connect with people and businesses in state administrative agencies in Quang Nam province (Smart Quang Nam, Egov Quang Nam)".

This regulation applies to party agencies, socio-political organizations, departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities, People's Committees of communes, wards and towns in the province; organizations and individuals with related activities participating in providing services on the platform "E-government application to help operate, manage and connect with people and businesses (Smart Quang Nam, Egov Quang Nam)".

Smart Quang Nam is a mobile application platform that provides tools for the development of digital government, smart urban services, a support platform for businesses, organizations, and individuals to integrate products and services, an application connecting the state and people, between the state and businesses on a mobile platform, a focal point for establishing connections between businesses and people in providing products, goods, and services.

Egov Quang Nam is an application for civil servants and public employees of the province, providing functions to support management, operation, and perform some operations on mobile phones via the network environment, such as statistical information serving direction, operation, processing of documents, records, work, internal exchanges, etc.

According to the regulations, departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities, associations and unions of the province take the lead in developing specialized applications, databases, and integrated services to serve the development of digital government in their fields of management and propose integration into the Quang Nam Smart App application platform.

Enterprises and organizations proactively develop and provide products and services on the mobile environment to serve smart urban services and propose integration into the Smart App Quang Nam application platform...
