Also attending the program were: Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong; Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Doan Toan, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department Do Anh Tuan; Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Council Pham Qui Tien; Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha; Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen; and leaders of a number of departments, branches, and districts. Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, veterans representing 70 policy families, and outstanding meritorious people of Ho Chi Minh City attended the program. Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh said that the program "Hanoi Days in Ho Chi Minh City" with many meaningful activities, especially visiting and giving gifts to families of policy beneficiaries, typical meritorious people currently living in Ho Chi Minh City, including many revolutionary veterans, those who were soldiers directly participating in the fight to liberate Hanoi Capital. Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh, Deputy Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong and Chairwoman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Council Nguyen Thi Le visited people with meritorious services in Ho Chi Minh City. Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh and Chairwoman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Council Nguyen Thi Le presented gifts to meritorious people of Ho Chi Minh City. Leaders of the two cities took souvenir photos with families of policy beneficiaries and meritorious people. Deputy Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong and Vice Chairwoman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Thi Dieu Thuy presented gifts to outstanding meritorious people. Head of Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Doan Toan and Head of Hanoi Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department Do Anh Tuan presented gifts to outstanding meritorious people. Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Council Pham Qui Tien and Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong presented gifts to outstanding meritorious people. Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha and Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen presented gifts to outstanding meritorious people of Ho Chi Minh City.
