Check the exam in 5 minutes

When receiving the exam paper from the invigilator, candidates must carefully check the number of pages and the quality of the printed pages; if they discover that the exam paper is missing pages or is torn, damaged, smudged, or blurred, they must immediately report it to the invigilator in the exam room, no later than 5 minutes from the start of the test time; after that time, candidates are responsible for themselves.

For multiple-choice tests, it is necessary to check the writing and filling of the test code to ensure that the test code written and filled in on the multiple-choice answer sheet and the test code written on the 2 test receipts must match the test code on the test paper.

Notes when doing multiple choice tests

Personal information may only be written on the test answer sheet in blue ink (no red ink) as directed by the test invigilator.

In the registration number and exam code section: write the registration number and exam code in blue ink; fill in the corresponding boxes with a pencil very accurately.

The answer sheet must be filled in with pencil, not pen.

In the combined exam, the component subjects must have the same test code. When receiving the test for each component subject, candidates must check the test code. If the test code does not match, they must immediately notify the invigilator within 5 minutes from the time the test is distributed to receive the appropriate test code.

You must fill in the correct answer in the correct position of each subject on the multiple choice answer sheet, specifically: subject 1, from question 1 to question 40; subject 2, from question 41 to question 80; subject 3 from question 81 to question 120.

Notes when submitting the exam

Candidates must check the personal information on the test paper and the multiple-choice answer sheet accurately, write down the page number for essay subjects, the test code for multiple-choice subjects and sign both test receipts. Only leave the exam room with permission from the invigilator.

What should parents do if the candidate is sick?

In case a candidate is sick or has a special emergency before the exam, the student's parents must immediately notify the school leaders where the candidate is studying in grade 12 to receive special instructions if they meet the conditions as prescribed in Article 37 of the Exam Regulations.
