In 3 months, Da Nang attracted more than 14 trillion VND and nearly 40 million USD in investment capital

Of which, more than VND8,240 billion of domestic investment capital and USD1.7 million of FDI capital were invested in projects outside industrial parks; VND6,395 billion of domestic investment capital and USD32.3 million of FDI capital were invested in industrial parks, high-tech parks, and concentrated information technology parks of Da Nang.

‏Thus, in the first quarter of 2025, the number of domestic investment projects in Da Nang doubled and the registered capital increased 4.3 times compared to the first quarter of 2024. In particular, the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction and Business Project of Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company alone had a total investment capital of more than 6,200 billion VND, a scale of 400 hectares, and an implementation period of no more than 42 months.

In the first quarter, Da Nang successfully organized the Da Nang Investment Forum 2025 in Singapore, thereby introducing the potential and investment opportunities in key projects and new growth drivers in the city such as: International Financial Center, Free Trade Zone and Lien Chieu International Seaport.
