2 essential services using state budget in the financial sector

1- Inspection and testing services for the quality of national reserve goods are under the management of the Ministry of Finance.

2- Inspection and calibration services for equipment used for import, export and preservation of national reserve goods under the management of the Ministry of Finance.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Minister of Finance to guide the implementation of providing public career services using the state budget as prescribed above.

At the same time, promulgate economic -technical norms and cost norms (if any) as a basis for promulgating unit prices and prices of public career services using the state budget according to the provisions of the law on prices and other relevant legal provisions; promulgate criteria and standards for the quality of public career services; mechanisms for monitoring, evaluating, inspecting quality and regulations for inspection and acceptance of public products and services under the Ministry of Finance.

Based on the List of basic and essential public career services using the state budget prescribed above or decentralizing to affiliated agencies to select public career units to provide public career services in the form of assigning tasks, placing orders or bidding according to the provisions of law.

Based on the actual implementation situation of each stage, the Ministry of Finance shall promptly report to the Prime Minister to amend and supplement the list of basic and essential public services using the state budget accordingly.
